COVID Response

If you do not see your local fairy working her regularly scheduled event, we invite you to take a look at Keke’s schedule as she will be covering some of the events. 

 We’d like to outline a few (temporary) changes to your visit, and other measures in place to help assure your safety, and that of our Fairy team members and their families. We want to keep our fairies flying healthily to sparkle you!

  • Our process and safety protocol is optimized for you.  We ask that you keep Family and friends outside until your sparkle session is complete.

  • Our opening will be phased, starting with a reduced number of appointments and fewer services.  This will give our fairies more time to sanitize and disinfect all of our tools and items.

  • Your local fairy will be wearing a mask at the time of your appointment, and we kindly request for the same in return to ensure a magical experience for both parties.

  • We need extra time and have carefully calibrated our schedule to accommodate everyone safely.   

  • Note we cannot accommodate late arrivals. As always, we ask you to please arrive no later than 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. 

  • As a courtesy heads up, please note that you may have to wait outside to practice social distancing.

  • A mask must be worn in store in most locations but will be required at the time of your sparkle session with your Original Fairy. 

  • If a balance is required at the end of your appointment you the client will need to swipe your card, and that fairy will ask your permission to sign for you on our phone.

  • Last but not least! If you don’t feel well, have a temperature, or have had close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, please reach out to us directly on your appointment email to reschedule as you will not be permitted inside.


We hope this slow and steady approach will facilitate a safe, smooth re-opening for our fairies to sparkle you all at our sparkle locations.
