How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

From our Booking Page select the Fairy that sparkles in your area.
 
Each Fairy has a calendar with the events they will be sparkling at for the next 30-days.
 
Select the location you are interested in.
 
Select "RSVP" or "Book Now" - this link will take you directly to the events booking page.
 
Select Strands Package.
 
Select the time and click Continue.
 
Review your information on the next page and if all is correct, click SUBMIT. If you wish to alter something, click Back.

Question 2

Cancellation / Reschedule

Accepted Answer

All our appointments require a 48-hour cancellation notice. 
50% fee will be charged in case if late cancellation with 48 hours.
100% fee will be charged in case of no-show.
THE STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLATIONS.

Please note clients are to arrive no later than 5 minutes before their appointment time. If arrival is 10+ minutes past your scheduled appointment, our Fairy will not be able to accommodate you & your appointment is flagged as a no-show and subject to the 50% late cancellation charge. 
 
You can check for upcoming appointments by clicking on the text or email sent to you after your appointment is booked. You can also login into the Fresha account you created when you booked the appointment.
Under your profile, select 'My Appointments" From there, there you can cancel, reschedule, or book a new appointment anytime.
 
Our system will send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment to your email and mobile phone, where you will have the option to cancel or reschedule if needed.

Pricing is per person and cannot be split between multiple people.  First time clients get anywhere between 20-30 strands their first sparkle session.
Children under the age of 10 typically start with 10 strands.

Question 4

What if an event is full?

If an event is full please keep checking back at the desired date link as last minute cancellations typically happen 24-48hrs prior to an event.
 
Unfortunately, we’re unable to get back to every single person when a cancellation pops up. Usually we’re in the middle of events and spots are being cancelled or taken while we’re out sparkling.  Again, last minute cancellations happen all the time so be sure to keep checking back at that link.

How far in advance should I book an event?

As a courtesy heads up we typically book a month out for an appointment.
 
KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair the only Original Fairy Hair in Florida typically books 2 to 3 months out for a private event. If you have a special day in mind please reach out sooner than later.

When do you post new events?

New bookings are posted 29 days before an event.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Client's are to arrive no later than 5 minutes before their appointment time. If arrival is 10+ minutes past your scheduled appointment unless otherwise directed due to location needs, our Fairy will not be able to accommodate you & your appointment is flagged as a no-show and subject to the 50% late cancellation charge.If one person runs late unfortunately, we all run late. Please allow a half hour window as a safety precaution.

Question 8

How long does Original Fairy Hair last?

It will last until that strand of hair falls out naturally. It can last months or a day...when you lose that hair, who can say. Shedding patterns are different for everyone!
Adults typically retain KekeVanB's Original Fairy Hair 3-6 months.

Question 9

Can my child or children receive KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair ?

KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair works best in adult hair. It doesn't last as long in our younger clients because their hair follicles are not as mature. We give this disclaimer so you don't have high expectations, but there is always an exception to the rule! Many of our clients under the age of 10 rock their Original Fairy Hair for months!
Please note that Original Fairy Hair may only last 24 hours! 
 
While we don't have a specific age for a child to receive KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair, there are two requirements that must be met in order to receive KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair:
 
- The child must be able to sit in the chair by themselves.
- The child needs to be able to sit still while receiving KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair.

Question 10

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with hair that is brushed of loose or weak strands and tangles, clean, DRY, and WITHOUT hairspray, oil or product is best for your Fairy to work their magic.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is great, or a credit card can be taken with a small fee.

Changing stored Credit Card on file in Fresha

Accepted Answer

You will need to log into your Fresha account that you created when you booked your first appointment. 
 
You can login through the Fresha app or through a web browser.
 
Once you are in you will need to click on your profile
( It has your First and Last initial in the top right corner )
 
From there you will select "Settings", and it will show you the "Payment Options" where you can update your Credit Card info.

Question 13

Voucher / Gift card / Gift Card redemption

Book your appointment like you usually would from our Booking Page.
 
You will need to bring in your voucher to redeem it.
 
A credit card is only required to book the appointment, and you will have the option to pay with your voucher at the time of your appointment.
 
If the event is showing no time slots available, then that means the event is fully booked.

Question 14

Does it change colors with the bleach/hair dye?

After a few colors you’ll notice it’ll start to look a little dull which is normal from all the wear and tear. For your future sparkle sessions we always clean up and replace any of the Original Fairy Hair strands that need a little extra fairy love.

Question 15

Does Original Fairy Hair work for curly hair or short hair?

Accepted Answer

When fusing the original Fairy Hair it will go in straight first as we have just pulled it from the package.  After washing it, it will relax and begin to mimic the hair next to it.
 
Hair must be two inches or longer.

Question 16

How do you put KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair in? How is it attached? Or how does it work?

We join them to a single strand of your own hair using KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair. A magical fusion technique that only a KekeVanB’s Fairy is magical enough to apply our fabulous sparkle to your hair. There is no heat, no glue, and we guarantee no damage to your hair.

What colors do you have? What color would look good in my hair?

We have all the colors of the rainbow (AND Rainbow)! We’d love to help you find the perfect color to reflect your inner *SHINE* at the time of your appointment.
 
Please note that our Diamond is for Winter Locks only. 
We have this rule set in place to ensure that Florida's only Original Fairy Hair by KekeVanB is properly represented.
We appreciate your understanding.

Question 18

Can you add KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair to my hair if I have other types of fairy hair or tinsel in it?

We stand by the safety and quality of KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair. We can’t combine our product with strands of unknown origin. Only KekeVanB’s Fairies can apply our product.
Our product cannot be found in stores or salons.

I have hair extensions, will this work in my hair?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, KekeVanB's Original Fairy Hair can be applied to hair extensions.

Question 20

How can I host a private party?

Accepted Answer

Private parties ARE limited and book 2-3 months out.
 
A minimum headcount is required depending on your location.
 
An invoice will need to be paid within 24 hours to hold your party date.
 
The deposit is non-refundable if the party is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled party.

Will KekeVanB's Original Fairy Hair affect my MRI?

Accepted Answer

We have heard feedback from our clients who have kept their KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair in for an MRI and it has not affected the results. However, we recommend that you remove them if you are having a scan of your head. While there is no metal in our product, it is reflective and we encourage you to eliminate any possibility of interfering with your scan. We understand it is an expensive test and we would recommend waiting to have the strands placed until after the procedure. Your health and safety is our top priority!

What about guys? Can they receive KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair, too?"

Absolutely! We offer stud sparkles. KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair is not just for ladies. Guys deserve to sparkle too! We offer beards and mustaches , just as long as the hair to be sparkled is long enough for us to work our Fairy Magic in. We need about 3 inches of hair to work with.

Question 23

I’m about to get my hair done. Should I wait?

No need to but that’s totally up to you as KekeVanB’s Original Fairy Hair is attached to a single strand of hair.  You can wash it, brush it, comb it, curl it, COLOR it, straighten it, blow it dry, keratin, blow out or get a haircut with it in.

Do you work out of your own store?

Being fairies we don’t have just one home! We have public events weekly in different cities across Florida and when we aren’t doing that we’re working our magic at private parties.

Remember it is your responsibility to have your fairy notate, before or after your appointment, your qualified visit.  Loyal Fairy Fan cards ARE NOT noted retroactively.  Don’t have a Loyal Fairy Fan card yet?  No worries!  Speak to your Original Fairy at your next appointment to start earning free sparkle!
A card can only been redeemed with a 20 strand or more package.
